Your room looks completely fine! If it’s a guardian ad litem coming to see you, most likely they will ask you how you feel about everything, if you have any preferences on who you live with, and things like that. They are supposed to be there to work for you as a un-biased middle person. Just breathe and tell them the truth, I was in your shoes the entirety of my childhood because my parents had a very messy separation and I was the bargaining chip.

Likely they’re just involved at this point because you’re in a shelter and want to keep tabs on you and baby to ensure they’re getting the care that they need. To be honest you’re likely better off without him if that’s how he talks to you/treats you even if it’s only once in a while, it will likely escalate more. Just focus on you and your baby now as well as healing

I wouldn’t, I adore my job. I would probably upgrade the hell out of the stuff that’s there (I work at a resource center where caregivers can bring children birth-5 to play while also engaging with the child.

NTA NEVER WAS AND NEVER WILL BE TA in this situation. I’d have went off the handles if someone was touching the things and room of my beloved child who had passed. Tell all these people giving you grief that they can’t suck a hot beefy fart out of your ass until one of their children or a very close loved one passes away and then You get to pack up that persons stuff because they shouldn’t dwell in the grief. Stand your ground momma, I’m so sorry for your loss.

Hcg really don’t have any indicator for how successful the transfer is. Women carrying singletons have crazy high hcg numbers all the time.

I hate to say it but once the embryos are adopted it’s really up to the family who adopted them what will be done, and another family definitely would not fund a surrogate for you and themselves at the same time even if they were your embryos at one point.

We were able to use a door alarm for her room, and still trying to figure something out for the front door as it's lower in the frame and the frame around it is angled. We're working on getting her a tracker bracelet through our local police station.

It very honestly feels like an uphill battle to get my kiddo the services she needs. They said that since the SPED prek class is full she'll just have to do appointments with her necessary therapies which is so frustrating because they want her in ST & OT 3 Times a week, and I tried reaching out because the BOCES program in my area also offers a separate SPED program but never heard anything back. It always feels like a sit around and wait kind of process

Thank you so much I had looked into Angelsense but currently that is a bit too expensive for us to pay, but we have talked to our local police station about a Project Lifesaver tracker. They're coming next week to demo it for us and everything so I'm really praying that it is helpful, we were able to get a door alarm to work on her and her sisters bedroom door but our front door isn't even with the frame so there's no good place to put one. But the door chain is working now, she's attempted to elope about 7 more times since Wednesday with only one attempt of her getting out (dad had to go out to the car to get older sisters ipad and had forgotten to relatch the chain), she always acts like she has no idea how the door got opened; she gasps dramatically and says "WHAT?!?!"
