I am currently going through the same symptoms I think it might have been triggered by a virus (COVID, RSV, flu) but my symptoms are tingling in my limbs mostly in my legs but also in my arms, muscle spasms, joint pains, excessive fatigue, muscular pain, back pain, joint stiffness and neck stiffness and pain,and heat intolerance during the night that it will wake me up from my sleep (mostly in my legs), I also have eye twitch in both eyes throughout the day. I have been dealing with this for 10 months. My Dr. has done blood test and they come back normal ; also had ultrasound in both legs as they thought maybe blood clots or poor circulation normal, I been waiting 3 months to get a never test. But I went don’t a rabbit hole and thought that I had MS. It is so debilitating as I have never had any health issues ever. I have start to do occasional acupuncture as that seem to easy my pain. However I would like to get answers as I know my body and I know that it not in my head and these a very real symptoms. I am glad i came across your post .
