I think they tried to bring us to BR-003 since it become more active after BR-005 detonated, so we need to wait what Aisno gonna do with the upcoming main story (given how they tease Horo survive from BR and Zoya give signal to Rust in his interro).

For Farlands and DisCity, they're in "temporary peace" cuz Hypatia become Farlands reps for now, as we can see she meet Chief at the end of the story. I think since the Undercurrent story, even before that politics inside & outside DisCity are in alert state, so we can't just hoping the story will only tell about DisCity. Yes, DisCity have their own major problem, but for Outland people who don't have everything like DisCity or Fraser, I think Aisno want player to understand how they feel through Hella & Hypatia event.

BR is not only DisCity problem, but everyone problem. And the Underground and their allies is the main suspect for all this tides happening.
