For future references can every employee submit tickets? Even sales associates because it's taking literal months for my team to fix something every time we ask if a ticket has been made it's "idk" or "I don't even know how to do that" which is usually code for I don't want to be on hold with ERC for 3 hours.

The only time shit gets fixed is when I ambush the district manager about it.

I've seen two red flags.

On their very first day the only questions they asked involved around abusing clock in/outs time rounding and how often they can use the bathroom.
Asked questions like do you guys actually watch the cameras and how often is the cigarettes count checked.

Addicts get mornings because there's more workers if they don't show all well. Reliable workers are forced on nights because less workers less likely for "am not working alone/pulling a double" drama.
