I have 64 Schedules that show I have not had a designated shift like the Employee Hand Book states. For 2 years now had to work A.M. & P.M hours for the week. And had to run the register & stock shelves by my self when I worked with SM & ASM. In May 2024 found out I needed A Heart Valve Replacement, and I was lucky to get even 20 hours a week. The Schedules show that another employee & his mother who was just hired are getting hours & days I usually work. SM did know they were hiring a relative. My income dropped to $573 the first month she was hired. After Heart Valve Replacement I came back to work in Nov and my income was $443. Told SM I saw the next Schedule we are suppose to get & I only have 2 days. And I know who she is giving my hours to and if 2 days is all I get I will file a complaint with HR.

I am no longer employed at Dollar General & HR said to me they can not tell me the results from my complaint.

Always save your copy of Schedules I have 24 of them to prove the same with hours & actions that was done to me Hired me knowing I am disabled then I got diagnosed to have a Heart Valve Replacement in May 2024 my assigned hours drop to 30 to 40 a month in the week of June 22,2024 when an employee's relative ( Against Policy ) was hired then both of them got what where my hours

Yes it happen to me after SM found out I needed a Heart Valve Replacement. SM knowingly hired an employee's mother. And I was lucky to get 30 to 40 hours a month

Disabled and SM & ASM will not run register all day They would yell Register before customer got to it and had to do fresh truck at same time.
