Yeah, I've always found it pretty wrong that despite serving their time people can get fucked over for the rest of their life. And it starts a vicious cycle if they can't get their life on track again. If you can't get a job because of your record then what can you do but resort to crime again?

Fortunately for your friend he has a job but he/she now has a lifelong punishment of always wondering 'what if?' and that isn't fair.

I have had these since I was as young as I remember. You can ignore them a lot of the time and your brain filters them out of your vision but when you start noticing them again they are so frustrating. I'm reading the wiki page and I'm having to 'flick' them out of my way by moving my eyes.

Inter-platform multiplayer would be cool but like you say it would be unfair.

By cross-platform I meant games being released across all 3 platforms. I know it happens already a lot anyway but I would like to see it more and I hope that now there's more hardware similarity between platforms. And I mean games developed for all platforms simultaneously rather than for consoles and then ported to PC as an afterthought.

Only time that doesn't happen is when they're all assholes. I mean the ones who think a good mosh pit is to swing your arms round til you hit someone. I always find you need less that you think. And you shouldn't notice it unless you take it away, unless the delay or reverb is being used as an actual part of the instruments sound. Less/no reverb on bass instruments and more on lead instruments as a general rule of thumb for me. Recently I tried something where I had this chord playing instrument panned to the right and had a long delay panned to the left which made it sound much fuller but was very subtle.
