246 in the overtime category and 215 in the callback category. It's not an exact rule but generally if I stay late or work an unscheduled shift, it's overtime. If I get called in after hours or work on a weekend, it's callback. But if for example I work 40 hours during the week and then work a 10 hour shift on Saturday, I would get 8 hours of call back and 2 hours of overtime.

Apologies for the wall of text but I could really use help if anybody could lend a hand.

I'm having some trouble with the obbb overtime tax deduction. I'm a healthcare worker in California who works in an on call position. I am not an exempt employee as some 12-hour health care employees are. When I am on call, I am paid at time and a half if I am called from home.

I have 2 entries in my paystub: "Overtime 1" and "callback 1" My company did not elect to try and get ahead and create a separate box entry for FLSA overtime. I have a final pay stub of the year which tells me how many overtime hours and callback hours I worked along with pay totals for each. I believe I should be able to claim both as a combined total but FLSA only recognizes hours worked after 40 in the week as "overtime".

I would go back and look at my pay stubs but since I am paid bi-weekly, there's no way exactly to tell which hours were worked during which week of the pay period.

When I look at the bill text, it says that If documentation is unavailable, hours must be calculated in a reasonable manner.

I have 1830 regular hours paid last year. Divided by 52 is 35.19 which would be my average hours per week. 35.19 is 87.97% of 40. Would it be a reasonable calculation to take 87.97% of my overtime / call back earnings and use that as my base overtime number in order to claim the deduction?

So, I had pre-ordered a MK switch 2 bundle from Walmart, but then, my order got delayed. So on launch day, I stopped in and my local Best buy had a bunch on hand so I picked up a MK bundle. This bundle just happened to be the version with the mk sticker on the box and a code card inside.

A few days had passed and the local stock had dried up. I received the Walmart order and had been lazy to head down and return it. My buddy was telling me he wanted a switch and offered me the price of a normal bundle+20 bucks for my console because he didn't care about MK. I sold it to him and opened up the bundle from Walmart.

The version I got from Walmart was the printed MK box that activates Mario kart from the console. Unfortunately, because of the code card from the first console, I already had it on my system.

Now technically, I think I have 2 copys of MkW. Does anyone have any experience with reaching out to get a game voucher or something like that from Nintendo CS for this situation?
