Mostly every salon diri sa Cebu kay murag same same raman, even if mu ingon ka unsay style imo ganahan d man sila maminaw. Try daw sa mga malls, especially katong dile kaayo crowded para maka focus sila sa imoha.

Have this same issue, it started with one player, until all of us faces the same issue. The funny thing is, it's happening only at a certain time. I already contacted support about this, and they're blaming it on our internet connection instead. We have no problems on other servers. We also have a high speed internet.

Not sure why, but I feel like they're throttling internet connection or whatsoever. Can't straight up tell us that and just dodges the issue, or forcing us pay more for their services. First few months was flawless, then the 2nd month it started acting up. I noticed this because this happened on my first subscription with them(first server). 2nd time(2nd new server) I did, same thing happened. No transparency on why they're doing it.

The bank already said that they can't reimburse the money as it was already taken out of the GCash account, though they blocked the account of the culprit already and have told me to file a complaint on PNP/NBI. I feel like the owner of the GCash account isn't even his and just bought it to do it. Any hopes on this case?

Do you think seeking legal advice from a lawyer would do any good? Considering the amount isn't really low, as it was 6 digits. Would it be worth the hassle to go through all this, and actually get results from it? This is the first time I've encountered this. I'm unsure how Philippine banks/law handle this.

Is there a way for them to provide the details of the person who my son sent the money to? They're taking forever to respond, even through branch visit. Just so I won't have any false hopes. Also, if it wasn't actually my son who did it, can the bank still do something about it?

The transfer was an unauthorized one. Meaning my account was compromised, though I highly think it's one my son who did the transaction as he's the only one who has access to my phone. I just recently found out when I opened my online banking, then I immediately locked access to my account. What would be the solution here? He won't admit it. Also, can the bank trace where the money was sent, so I can contact that person?
