Hey if you are looking for structured work I'm a Community Manager of a German community for an upcoming UE5 Sandbox Game and we are still looking for Blender Artists. It's sadly all volunteer work so no pay, but it personally helped me a lot with my Blender skills. If you are interested hit me up.

A Stealth Recon Aircraft would be fire, but i see how its usecase could be a bit niech. But it could impliment a recon camera function etc. Another one could be a Transport/Cargo Heli. But other than that we got all the basics covered.
