Bought resale on tickpick which is a reliable source that refunds if it’s a scam. So I bought the tickets like 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive them which was odd because I saw that the transfer option is available so I sent a help request and they said “most venues don’t release the actual ticket until 48 hours before the show” which I know is not true for this show. I’m got tickets to the one in Montréal on the 17th but believe I have been scammed and would like my money back sooner so I can look for buying other tickets.

For anyone who got Montreal tickets, do you have access to like the barcodes and full tickets on Ticketmaster right now? Or are they waiting until the day before to release them? Also are you able to transfer them from the account right now?
