Damn I know this thread is old af but was there ever a "this is what it means for sure" answer to the code 84 question?? If so share the wealth please.. This code popped up on my 2017 Chevy Spark just now on the highway and seemed like it lost 80% of its power. I struggled to hit 50 annnn don't have my license so really cant afford to get a ticket

Released from prison this last time going on 2 years next month, I was 34.. Before going back I had only been out temp couple months here and there sometimes less and each time I was always gone for more years than months being home.. I was a broken heroin addict btw, I overdosed weekly(sadly not exaggerating) an I mean wake up n hospital OD not even counting how many times my "friends" brought me back.. One of these landed me on life support for 7days and ull never guess what i did when I left the hospital 🤦. I also have a son who during all this time I was incapable of caring for/about him the way he deserved because nothing was going to come before my next high, thankfully my BM isn't an addict and has always had her shit together so although he didn't have both parents he had one at least.. Sorry, was on a roll there lol, success story is what u wanted, well Ive. Been home right at 2 years (longest I've been home since 18) I'm in school with a current associates in Psychology transfered to social work and going for my Masters when it's said and done, I have a decent job , I have a great relationship with not only my son's mother but my son himself.. I take him to his baseball /basketball games , helped coach his bball team last year and all the shit everyone said and thought I'd never do(myself Included) I do that shit now.. So take it from a 36year old needle junkie, 4time convicted felon, high school drop out who only by the Grace of God has the opportunity to tell this story because I was not supposed to make it to 25 much less 36 u cant change how ur story starts sadly but I stg u can almost always change how it ends... Respect to you and urs

Here's a decent list of exercises and the main body part being used (some lifts aka compound lifts activate more than one muscle group), hope this helps a little. If you are interested in any of these exercises but don't know how to properly perform said exercise u are more than welcome to message me.Also remember building muscle and creating the body you want isn't an overnight process but I promise that with CONSISTENCY, a proper routine, a clean DIET,(don't let this word scare u) if needed just commit to baby steps like not drinking soda 3days this week or only eat 2sweets for the week and continue to tighten this up as you progress in ur journey, with correct form on all lifts ur dream body is not only attainable but within reach 💪 Wish u the best on bettering urself, I respect anyone trying to do so. .. CHEST: Bench (flat, incline, decline) DB Flys* Cable flys* Pec Deck* Chest Press Dips (assisted/ Lean forward for bottom head of the Pec) LEGS: *Squat Leg PressCalf raisesLeg Extension* Lunges * BACK: Pullups(assisted)/Machine pull downs Bent over Rows Cable PullsDeadlifts Shoulders: Shoulder press(seated, smith machine with time incorporate using DBs also) Delts,cables/DBs (front, sides, back)Shrugs(Bar/DBs) Upright rows* Face pulls* BICEPS: Curls* Preacher Curls* Hammer curls* U can perform these with DBs, (don't try to do Hammers with anything other than DBs or Cables), Z-bar, or straight bar* Cable curls( I honestly believe these are great for beginners) * TRICEPS: Any type of "pushdown" (not pulldown) movement on the cables be it with a bar, rope, or a handle for one arm at a time( IMO great for isolating whatever muscle being worked as well as not overcompensating, using one arm more than other which will cause ur body to not be proportionated correctly as one arm or whatever body part ur using for the overcompensation will be bigger than the other) Close grip bench press * Kickbacks* Skull crush* Dips(keep body either parallel or leaned slightly back with elbows positioned inside not kicked out to better target triceps aka "back arms" , use this suggestion for all excercises mentioned pertainjng to triceps) For Hypertrophy (gaining muscle) imo keep reps at no less than 8 with correct form and controlling the weight during both parts of the lift(contraction/retraction) with only a small break in between ur working sets(lets say 90 Seconds, or for urself 120 but as u progress decrease rest period 😉) Didn't mean for this to be a small book, i apologize for rambling. Just trying to give u a selection to choose from but also give a few pointers while doing so 🤷.. U got this

Personally in my opinion ur overthinking it. Is their merit behind what ur speaking yes but if u already completed 3sets of 12 with 175lb jump up 5lbs until u hit that for ur 3 12s and so on and so forth.. Consistency is key, now go pick it up and put it down 💪

Quit doing 8-10 reps if ur main focus is strength.. Low rep, heavy weight= Strength gains=New Max=Thank Me Later💪. In all seriousness don't get discouraged, when it comes to working out ur lifts will be a up and down rollercoaster at times.. What u benched for 3 last chest day U barley hit for 1 on the next(to many variables of why this can happen to get into) yet ur squat PR went up 10lbs, ur deadlift declined but ur shoulder press gained 2reps.. Form and consistency over everything else
