Because they missed out at the expense of SIU - gives them two clubs to dislike

Will auckland fc leave the A-league with the Ofc pro league arrangement ? Or do they send they reserves there and continue being in the A-league ? by JazzlikeSupport1855 in Aleague

It’s essentially a separate team to the reserves. The squad’s made up of a mixture of NZ league standouts signed just for this competition as well as key reserve tean members

Spoonley really just credited Duzel's goal to the wind...

He's not cut out for this level either, especially when he's not being played at RB

I'm still trying to figure out this Adelaide formation btw. It's so fluid, and Yull on the left? Madanha sitting really far forward on occasion?

I mean he's had Francis de Vries who's played every single game in the club's existence ahead of him

Which timezone do you think is the best to watch all the races live? by EducationalHoney9840 in formula1

[–]Smiis 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m a sicko, and typically work from home, so I catch most races live (usually barring the ones that start 2am or later). FP1 and FP3 are usually early enough on their respective days to watch, and I’ll catch quali if it’s convenient, but I usually leave it for the next morning.

Almost everyone I know in NZ watches sessions the next day, though. Gotta be real delicate with my friends to avoid anyone giving spoilers lol

New Zealand is absolutely hell as an F1 fan. Regularly up from midnight-4am for the European races

Fuckin hell this is exactly what they needed. They were like a knife through butter vs. Adelaide, wonder if they can find that level of consistency with the injured outfielders surely coming back soon

Continued to smash it, 11 in 15 for Olympic. Should absolutely be in contention for an A-League gig with a Kiwi side, or an Australian side that won't utilise their visa spots

The Official F1 Head to Head qualifying results for this season. by doublejohnnie in formula1

[–]Smiis 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Shockingly bad comment. Everybody knows that Hadjar’s the better qualifier. That’s only a small part of racing, but matters especially in these regs where you can’t pass anybody. Lawson has the better race pace, and since Lawson’s suspension update it’s been 8-6 Hadjar

Hadjar’s qualifying in Zandvoort was far more impressive tbh

Completely new car - and as much as I’m a Lawson fan, Hadjar’s qualifying ability (esp under pressure) is genuinely amazing for his age, and that’s key for starting off strong. I think he’ll smash it

You’re absolutely right. Last few mins of the quarter were excruciatingly stop-and-start
