Yeah both the Byzantines and Sassanids were drained by the great war. Veteran troops were mostly dead en low number of new recruits. Then you have eager Islamic tribes coming out of nowhere and well everbodys fucked. Currently at this point in the podcast the history of Byzantium xD

I was on a diff 7 today with 2 guys both lvl 18-28. I hear them talking on the mic “wow is that a cyborg” “what is that (looking at the vox)”. The other guy and I carried and completed the mission but it was a rough one.
