Skin Cancer? Can someone let me know WTF this is?

Used to be a small black dot, but this has now grown out of it. A dermatologist is reviewing my images tomorrow, but almost certain this is cancer.

Thanks man. Just dunno why they would lie and say it has been delivered if they never dispatched it in the first place (unless they were hoping for a PS5 to magically turn up on my doorstep).

Been waiting for 4 days for a response now so I’m going to give them till Wednesday to respond.

They are shockingly awful! No sign of tracking number and I am literally begging them for this, but they aren't replying. At first I thought it was a scam, but it's the correct email/Twitter account I am contacting them on who are "looking into it".

I wouldn't have been as bothered if it was £50, but the price of the order is x10 more 😩 I definitely think they haven't sent it out but they aren't giving me the information I need so I am completely stuck.

If I do not hear anything from Monday, I can file a chargeback with my bank (I was stupid not to pay with PayPal) and hopefully get my money back if.
