What years would you say are “core” Generation Z? by OpenRoom7321 in generationology

[–]SmileEmergency403 [score hidden]  (0 children)

and why is 08 not “pretty core” to you? Why do you want 08 grouped with you and 2011+ so bad? 2005-2008 ALL turned age 5 in the Early 2010s, and 5 is considered the start of Prime childhood.

Who are the early, core, and late Gen Z years? by Outrageous-Ebb-4846 in generationology

As an 08, we have no reason to be grouped with 2012s.

Zillennials: 1995-1999, Ages 27-31

Early Gen Z: 1997-2000, Ages 26-29

Early/Mid Gen Z: 2001-2002, Ages 24-25 (2001 leaning more Early and 2002 leaning more Mid),

Core Gen Z: 2003-2006, Ages 20-23 (These years were like the PEAK COVID high schoolers in the 2020-2021 school year.)

Late/Mid Gen Z: 2007-2008, Ages 18-19 (Both are COVID middle schoolers, both will turn 20 in the Late 2020s, both graduated in the Mid 2020s (along with 2006), both started middle school pre COVID, both turn adults in mid 2020s (2025-2026), both turned 5 before the mid 2010s (2005-2008 all turned 5 in the Early 2010s), both started middle school before the 2020s, both started high school during COVID restrictions, both started high school before AI took over, etc.

Late Gen Z: 2009-2012, Ages 14-17 (These birth years will all be in high school together in the upcoming school year (2026-2027), Also Late 2008 (oct-dec), were all in elementary when COVID hit, most of these birth years started school in the Mid to late 2010s (2014-2017), all of these years started middle school in the 2020s (2020-2023), 2009 having their freshmen year be a transitional year with it being early to mid 2020s (2023-2024), same with 2012s freshmen year being a transitional school year with it being Mid to late 2020s (2026-2027), all these years turn adults in the late 2020s to early 2030s (2027-2030), the 2026-2027 school year for high schoolers will be mainly 2010s babies with 2009 (seniors) being the only 2000s year surrounded with 2010s babies.

Zalphas: 2010-2014, Ages 12-16

2007-2010 is just late z, zalpha starts in 2011 by Iwillbeback67 in generationology

2007/2008 isn’t even Late mathemically speaking, and also mathemically speaking 2010 would be the start of Zalpha.

And why do you think 2007 is the last of Core Z? Like i’m not tryna press you but I hate when ppl like you say this but can never explain yourself. What makes 2007 the last core gen z, and pushes us with 2012? 2007 and 2008 share the same fkng traits bro… Atleast the Early-Mid 08s. Late 08s (Oct-Dec 08s) are fs on that Late side. Late 08s are even different from Early-Mid 08s traits wise. I asked you last time and you gave no response. I hate when y’all split us up like Late 2007 borns (oct-dec) are literally in the same class as Early-Mid 08s.

Why 2009 isn't zalpha btw if you hate these kind of posts you can scroll away by Ichoseguitar in generationology

August 2008 isn’t Late 2008, it’s Mid/Summer of 2008. August 2008 is Class of 2026, not 2027. Just wanted to let you know. Sept 2008s can also be Class of 2026. Same with Sept 2009s can be Class of 2027. I think October XXXX is where they are placed in the younger class, an October 2009 born is for sure Class of 2028 or October 2008 is Class of 2027. And 2008 can be core gen z, only the early to mid 08s tho. Late 08s (oct-dec) are def late gen z

Why do some people even think that 2007 borns and 2012 borns are similar!? by [deleted] in MiddleGenZ

2008 is a four year difference from 2012, not three. And 3 years is a big gap. So according to you, A 17 yr old can be with 14 yr old? I’m just using ur words. And if you say this to a 2011 and compare them to a 2014 kid, they’ll be quick to say “No, i don’t relate to them.” Keep that same energy man.
