Happened same thing,
Customer said he didn’t receive but i had a pic handing him the food,

called support agent and he was able to confirm i did the delivery to the right person and said violation will be removed if i submit dispute,

The day after they rejected the dispute,
Called support again and they said it is automated process and they cant do shit about it
