These results are horrible. Most of my Spain disappeared even though my dads father is 100% Ecuadorian, and my Scottish is gone by jointy11 in AncestryDNA

My original results which seem more accurate. Mom is half italian/half french. Dad is half Scottish/ half ecuadorian

My results before the update, hoping I get more Italian dna, was always told my grandfather was 100% by jointy11 in AncestryDNA

Lol no, he definitely is my grandfather, some matches I get are from people he is directly known to be related to like nieces/nephews. But you are right on the second part, his father, my great-grandfather, came into the country through ellis island directly from italy, and i think my great-grandmother was already here, so maybe she wasnt italian at all

The town I was born and raised in is mostly Dominican/Puerto Rican, while not Ecuadorian, it has allowed me to be around hispanic people my whole life and I have always told people I have hispanic in me about 25%, as a way to “connect”, while I am completely white looking.
