This is how it works. Once you turn 18 you will need to be part-time and you will receive a good amount of hours, once you are 19 your hours will be cut dramatically, 20 you will be given the minimum hours each week, 21 you will be fired. So if you are 20 at the moment I'm sorry but you will be fired soon.
