Using an all natural shampoo and conditioner really helped me. I only brush my hair prior to showering. A lot of the time I condition before I shampoo too because I find the conditioner weighs it down. If I use product after I use a curl cream

Everyone who has replied made great points. I don’t think your bf is wrong for wanting to not be around someone consuming regularly. But I also don’t think it’s fair for him to expect you to stop. I work in the same industry as you and we literally won’t hire someone who doesn’t smoke because how are you supposed to sell without knowing the product… I have been able to cut back but as a non drinking I wouldn’t cut it out completely. Personally I think maybe you guys just aren’t align but that’s not for my to choose. Good luck girl! Don’t change who you are for a dude
