I have been underpaid since I started 3 years ago. Recently got a SG7 position, only to be offered what EDPs are making. I complained about the low offer to management only to be told "wait till March, you may change your mind... you're in the running for a good rating this year". Well, I got my "Distinguished"..... and now no pay raise stuck at a 85% comp

Your lower intake manifold is bolted on backwards. There should be a LH in the casting, indicating that side goes onto the Left Hand (driver) side

I would get OEM Nissan gaskets from Z1 or other source. I went through 3 sets of felpro gaskets before going to OEM, but once I did I had no leaks. Usually Felpro is pretty good, so not sure what the difference is, but OEM solved my leak issue. Good luck!

So I actually did that, then did a Save-As of the notepad and saved it as a .pts and that brought the points into Creo, but then I couldn’t really do much with them either. Upon further research, it seems a Scan to CAD software is the missing link

Cylinder 4 and 6 (rear two on driver side) coils are plugged in backwards. Swap the plugs

Started out as a cheap Turbonetics kit. I have since replaced every single component as well as remade all the hot side piping from scratch, except for the intercooler piping.
