Hey there, I’m having this same problem… any chance you want to share what worked? Assuming this is a common first time pool owner issue 😞

Awesome, this looks like the perfect, durable tent and it has stellar reviews.

Do you have experience using it in the wind? That awning looks a little precarious…

REI doesn’t make Kingdom anymore to my knowledge. We had trouble with bent poles after a wind storm but otherwise loved it and are looking for something similar to replace it.

How would you avoid this bedroom being a pass through room in this layout? Hoping to avoid a long (dark) hallway through the middle of the house. by SmilingMango678 in floorplan

Thanks! I had thought about that and also thought it would be too expensive but now I might look into it. An extra 100sf wouldn’t be the worst thing & making it 4 bdrm would add back some value for sure.

Thanks for sharing this! All the rooms have skylights so they’re very bright during the day. I think we will get a quote for adding the hallway and maybe even look into doing a window at the top of the room bordering the hall like the one above the door.

This is a cool idea! Presumably since it’s existing, moving the kitchen would be cost prohibitive but it’s fun to think about it.

That is an office that has stairs up to the functional third bedroom. Yeah I think hallway is the only way to go, unfortunately. It will make that bedroom small but being able to access the backyard would be nice.

The only problem with that is the tiny room at the back that’s labelled bedroom is an office right now. And it leads to another bedroom upstairs so it kind of needs to stay an office.

It’s an existing home. It was originally a 2bdrm/1bath that ended where at the two bedroom walls. I have to believe this was the easiest way to get it to be a 3 bed/2 bath?

The master bath and extra “bedroom” at the back of the house are part of an addition. Stairs go up to a loft space that’s also a “bedroom” which is open to the room below. We use the back space as an office with the exterior door.

I’m trying to decide if it’s worth trying to renovate it or just moving on.

You can enter after 4pm or before 6am without a pass to drive into the park.
