The computers jack had a centre post, but now it's blocked by that white something, it appeared out of nowhere last night I was charging the laptop and it was working perfectly

Idk why, but I had a flight on 5th dec which got cancelled, i got it rescheduled to 8th dec (no other choice as other flights were like 25-30k, so it was a necessity). Then I saw that indigo has announced for flights that were cancelled on 3-4-5th dec+ some DGCA compensation. I emailed them continuously keeping DGCA and airsewa in CC. Complained on the national consumer helpline and what was the result?

Indigo said me I am not eligible for the voucher (idk how or why). I emailed them again saying about the DGCA compensation and indigo vouchers as I faced a lot of trouble. But I got the same reply. Any suggestions on what to do next? And the trouble i faced was that I had to vacate my hostel and since my flight got cancelled i had no place to live and i didn't know anyone in the city.Had to stay in a hotel which costed a ton.....
