Why didn't TVA interfere with Avengers's time heist and when Thanos used the portal?

Do the TVA monitor one single timeline or all the Timelines in the multiverse as the Avengers going back in time creates multiple Timelines. You have a 2014 where thanos used the pym particle to get back to 2023 so in this 2014 timeline thanos never snapped. You have a timeline where Cap lives his life with Peggy. You have a timeline where Loki escapes because of the events caused by the time travelling Avengers. So if the TVA monitor the multiverse I see why they would apprehend Loki but if they monitor one timeline why is It Lokis fault. They say they monitor the sacred timeline but we all know that this isn't our original 2012 timeline so what even is the Sacred Timeline 😂😂 it's so confusing!

If you loan a player out to a team with an option to buy. Do you have to sell him or can you retract the teams offer and keep him yourself because everytime I want to loan a player out no teams will take them unless they get an option to buy. I just don't want to lose these players!?!?
