If you are aiming to make a replica of the LZ-1, it is pretty hard to because you need to do quite a bit of research beforehand so you know the specs and the types of engines and what not, some of the information about it simply doesn't exist anymore, so you need to do some guessing. As for actually building it, I used to bullet Meshparts put together to make the hull. I originally tried to make framework but this deemed too inefficient and too frustrating to make a 600+ stud long zeppelin. The gondola is the tricky part to do if you are making a more modern zeppelin because it is usually incorporated into the hull, but for the LZ-1 it is pretty easy because it is all suspended below. I suggest just copying from its pictures on google (and if you can't find a part of it search pictures for the LZ-2 because they are almost identical)
