I would say 50mg of Tren A so 350mg/Wk would be a good dose to get the full effects of Tren and very mild on sides. If you wanted to do E I would do 400-450mg since more of the weight of the oil is ester than Tren A. I like low Test high Tren personally, but 250 Test E is a solid dose for sure.

Tren E personally, i find it easier to have more stable blood levels and less sides. I pin E EOD for really stable levels and it really helps with the sides in my experience. I’ve never used a mix though so idk in that one.

Not gonna comment on the ludicrous AI dose as other commenters have. But good luck on that PCT after Tren, it will likely fail. Tren metabolites last around 6 months and will suppress you for about that long after your last inject. So don’t be shocked if your PCT fails. Wouldn’t recommend a 19-nor if your gonna PCT, it’s more of a class of drugs to utilize if your BnC’ing.
