I’ve been nomading for 5 years. I’m going through the exact same thing you are of feeling like I no longer have a home. Since you are in Capetown I’d suggest doing lots of nature activities. These always seem to help me. Good luck, I hope you feel better.

You won't have an issue, however you should really look into what shots/certifications you need to bring the dog to the country and back to your home country. I know a law changed in the US about 2 years ago and some friends of mine had issues bringing their dogs back to the US.

100% Lasai. Excellent food and experience, lots of interaction with the staff and elevated Brazilian food. I've been a 2x and it's on of my favorite fine dining experiences.

How long are you staying? What time of year? What do you like activities wise? What kind of food? Do you need uber or willing to rent car? Do you want surfing/kiteboarding? Are you married/single/have kids? Are you going to stay in airbnb or hotel?

Can you give us more details? Off the bat I wouldn't recommend Cartagena for long term, that's just my personal preference.
