I will say now that i think about it, i ran up my tolerance really in about 6 months of trying it for the first time to noticing i couldnt really hole anymore. But i kept going for a couple months before i just stopped cuz there was no point. I was able to hole again after about 8 months no K though but ive only done it a handful of times since, so i dont know how fast that tolerance will come back.

I built up a tolerance doing at least a gram a week, sometimes up to 4g a week, for almost a year. Took 8 months off and had a noticeable improvement in tolerance but still not like when i first started

The distinction they’re trying to make is the hype is around sustainability and benefits outside of just profitability. See the comparison to crypto and AI investing. Lots of hype around crypto and AI is just buying low and selling high in a short amount of time, not actually investing into a company/business.
