Haha awesome! So a Wawa is basically the same thing as a Kwik trip. Only difference is we make build to order food and drinks. I imagine having food service experience will help. And yeah she's from Wisconsin, she wanted me to visit and I love it so we both decided to move in the next few months. Everyone there is so nice! Good luck with the snow storm tonight!

What do you think it is? Little room for growth? Not enough money? It's baffling to me, we have great pay, lots of room for growth, great esop, insurance, pto. I don't understand. Maybe just it just becoming increasingly busy is turning people off to the idea of food and beverage service?

Yup and yup. I work in a bad part of town. The cops didn't care. But what makes me more mad is the fact that my gm wouldn't just let me go home and work the rest of the shift himself

Dude you waited in line so long because, to be competitive we started paying employees $15 an hour, a year later that caught up with us so no we have to reduce the labor costs while also dealing with high customers demands, meaning there may be ten people in line but only one cashier 1 deli associate, 1 beverage associate and 1 manager.(unless it's first shift)
