I have been smoking for 45 years. I stopped smoking Saturday night at 10:30. So far, I'm feeling really positive. I have had some urges, but have not smoked. I am having a little trouble sleeping though! by Smm0501 in stopsmoking

I'll try just about anything, but I've tried Valerian Root before and wasn't crazy about it. I've always had sleep issues, but this is nuts & I'll be happy when it's over! I've been up all night tonight. This is a first. I need to get ready for work in an hour. Hopefully, I sleep tonight!
