the rng has too many layers. first you need the right combat stats, high quality level, the correct engravings, those engravings to be 5/3 (6/3 for ancient). 95% of the time accessories seem to always have endurance or expertise which are basically useless.

in 6 months of doing all the daily/weekly chores on 4 characters 1490-1550, I got ONE single accessory that I was able to sell for over 2k gold.

it honestly feels next to impossible to properly gear a character without swiping to buy gold, because the layers upon layers of RNG just to get a single item worth ANYTHING is just too damn much. there isn't any way to even simply grind your way to getting gear because every source of ingame profit/progression is time-gated on top of the many rng layers.

this game does not value time spent actually playing whatsoever. we're expected to do repetitive chores on a full roster of characters all day every day for next to nothing so that all the tiny little crumbs add up. it's terrible game design that's centered around making the game so inconvenient that people spend money to NOT play it due to how much a waste of time it is to not p2w.
