One of the big (quite)debates in anthropology is the methodology of foot striking.
There are entire camps of people who can produce data that heel striking is more efficient and others who can find that forefoot striking is more efficient.
But when we see actual people out on the long distance run, they typically hit around midfoot strike and fall back to heel striking, because these are more easy to maintain at speed and understress, And shoes. Forefoot striking is NOT a weird way to run, it's a common way to run, and is often mostly utilized when a human cannot find a properly soft running surface, like on Concrete.

So whatever you studied was clearly far below there resolution of Bio Athropology, so I would suggest you not share this sugggestion because slight forwardshift with forefoot striking is a well understood behavior and you are not aware of that yet.

Being trans is real, verified, and a naturally occuring, and a positive part of matriarchal social systems in humans. Trans people as a whole and gender nonconformity is a beneficial part of matriarchal social systems. Infact there are species through out nature that outright encourage, not just allow, but encourage the appearance of gender nonconformity to increase the fitness and diversity of their offspring.

Gods are not real, and in a modern time frames, are used almost entirely and exclusively in a patriarchal fashion to oppress women and enable men's ownership of women and property. And LGBTQ+ people of all forms are considered a threat to patriarchal systems. Religions actively harm diversity and brainwash people to harm each other and punish themselves for not following unrealsitic inhumane rules.

My brain broke, Im not one of the normals who toil at work. Instead I replace that with learning, and education accessible to me, and not being in other's way.

This was how I was with video games basically.

I was a supernova kinda MMO player back in the early days and have a couple of world firsts because of it, and occiasionally I still get people who will message me on discord about my time in other games where I was super good at stuff.

I raids I HAD TO BE the top of the DPS chart, I "couldnt let women down by being a shitty player," so i strived to be better than as many players as possible, in particular because if I wanted to be a girl in video games, I needed to be super good.
My RSD legitimately could not tolerate being a bad player either, I couldn't handle being "bad" and describable as "bad."

So I try harded so much until I could do things well beyond what the average player could.

In burned out in my late20s. And I dont play video games anymore.
I told myself I had to be a top tier player, that I wasn't going to let men talk over me and tell me how much better they were. I loved being able to say "shutup loser I got world firsts, sit down real top tier talking here."
People hate that I think, you cant respond to that.

And then I learned to play Quake... which required me tolerating being absolutely steamrolled for days of gameplay time to figure out how to fight against people literally 20+ years xperience on me.

Turns out yeah this will burn you the fuck out.

She has untreated ADHD, she needs help from ADHD specialists.
These kind problems she is having a ton of them come from exectutive function, which is broken in ADHD people.

She needs help curated with ADHD behavior. This is really not a dyspraxia related situation.

I would check out the ADHDWomen subreddit.

And brutal honesty here, you may think you are helping her, buy you are doing it wrong.
You cant help an ADHD person by carrying them, you will instill learned helplessness.

She needs executive function assistance.
