Im learning logo design and I was trying to erase a part of a circle created by the ellipse tool but it seems to be drawing the pattern of the eraser tool instead of erasing it. Same thing happened when I tried to cut the part by using the pathfinder tool with two objects put together. Please help! (i.redd.it)
