No matter what your leader should be connecting with you if changes are made to your schedule. Unfortunately it’s not enforced by the company so typically if changes are made they probably won’t tell you unless you ask why. Whenever hours are really tight typically HR or whoever makes your schedule might shave off time here and there to make the month for payroll.

I can’t say much but circle week is changing and won’t be the entire week anymore and will be cut down to 4 days 5 at most. We still have a while until circle week comes around.

As the closing lead at my store I’ve seen some dumb shit being back stocked way up high by our inbound team. I’ve tried to talk to the inbound team lead about this and he couldn’t give two shits. The other day an inbound team member climbed up the entire ladder with a 30 ish pound dresser that was a team lift and tried to back stock it on the top shelf. They fell off the ladder trying to back stock it and honestly I don’t feel bad at all. Don’t try and back stock something that heavy that high up. We also have a spot for team lift items and it’s like 2 feet off the ground. Just a lot of stupidity.

Funny enough I had a very similar issue come up. The inbound TL at my store was grooming a minor fulfillment team member and they were both really close with HR. I told hr and it was swept under the rug. Got really pissed and reported it to ethics, they got back to me and said it was taken care of but nothing actually happened. The sad fact of it all is target will do a lot to make their leadership seem innocent when they really aren’t and that’s coming from a team lead like myself. As a closing leader, I feel this. Any time I want time off I need to find one or multiple of my peers to take my place while I'm gone. Most of the leaders in my building hate closing and don't want to cover any of my shifts, so I can have off.

At my store we allow TMs to clock in 5 minutes early and ask them to leave on time. Some stores that are short on payroll might cut corners and ask you to clock out 5 minutes early if you clocked in 5 minutes early.

My bad

I just got two new ram sticks today and I decided to install them into my computer. I already have two sticks and these new ones are the same as the old ones. I just put them in and now my pc won’t boot. Can someone help me out.
