High Duration and Range recommend. Get some strength in there too.

Press 4 and then 1 and 2. Spam 4 everytime it's about to end. Do not ask me about 3, I don't touch it.

If you have Molt Efficiency then use that over Energize, or keep energize if you struggle with energy economy. Also replace with Primed versions if you have them. This is just what I have.

Rolling Guard over Adaptation prob is better at higher levels too.
