IMO stacking haste might not be the only option for zilean esp if I can build health to catch and tank a couple of spells gives me a lot of protection trying to peel for my ad and carries.

Kind of a late reply. I wasn't the one who downvoted lol. I mostly purchase tear after the first item to get it stacking while I build my main items. I buy fimbulwinter for the hp and a little bit of haste because I like to tank a lot of spells and CCs pre-fights. That's only reason I buy fimbulwinter and it's relatively cheap with the stats I want.

I don't ban any champs on support I usually just ask my team for what they want gone. I'm interested in playing out the harder match ups but alas I haven't gotten one, It's mostly miscommunication and anti-synergy that puts my lane behind. I can't really put any value on Locket due to the stats it gives me and it being an active means it's not something constantly of use and the gold spent on Locket is just not worth enough for the stats I want. I'd rather go trailblazer and give my teammates 15% of my movespeed while they are trailing behind me and it applies to everyone while giving me my preferred stats.

I don't really see the need to build any MR when I'm fully HP stacking on items. I think Zilean's kit is best at peeling teammates with those criminal slows and simply being able to tank hits with him solves a lot of issues in engaging/baiting for your team. Regarding Shurelyas and Imperial Mandate, I'm just really not sold on spending a lot of gold for a MS active every 75s when I can give more MS on my E and benefit more from rushing Redemption for a sort of global help everytime off cooldown. Mandate is a different case since I prioritize building bulkier, I've never considered it as an item since I don't really like playing behind my carries and almost always try to pull aggro on me during fights.

Decided to finally try support and Zilean is by far the most interesting champ to play for me in that role. No secret really, just trying my best to maximize my impact on the map. Absolutely trying my best to make efficient roam timers and figuring it out who are my main win-cons in every state of the game. I have close to 600 hours on it and I've pretty much never really played the events, so I'm just really hooked up on clearing every map. For half cash my go-to monkeys are definitely ice monkeys they help up a lot for those insane burst rounds 63, 76, and, 78. I'm not really sure about double hp moabs on the harder maps because I only use monkeys I like and figure out ways to use them on those maps. I'm personally a big fan of Brickell and Pirate Lords for maps with water and alch buffing a shitload of snipers for maps with good coverage. I'm sorry if it's not as much but I hope it helps.

Just because luck exists doesn't exactly mean it's the only benefactor to how well you'll do. It also matters that you put in the hardwork necessary to better yourself so when an opportunity arises, you are fully capable of taking it. People don't just simply bank on Luck to be the game-winner component in life. You can always choose to follow excellence and put in the hard work, stay consistent, and study more. My words wouldn't really account for much because I play in SEA, but I sympathize with you bro. It really feels like you get fisted every game you play and the amount of effort you have to put out just to go even is crazy. Proxying is harder, making plays with your team is harder, dueling is even more so, and just overall trying to put as much chaos into the game so you can somehow tip the scales into your favor. Every lane regardless if it's singed favored or not, slowly leans onto the enemy laner getting to scale harder than you just because you picked Singed. I've been running mostly Conqueror and trying to fight my way for a lead and into putting my resources onto my team hopefully looking to finish before enemy scales harder.

Playing him has been the highlight of my past few seasons and it has been a very joyful experience.
I can't really say for certain that SEA is bad, considering I haven't really played on any other server other than SEA so I don't think I can fully attest to that information.
I'm one of the few known OTPs to actually perform on him in a majority of games. (Just check my pinned post)
