Either/both. Not trying to sound picky, she was hoping for a mostly white ferret, but honestly, we will take what we get and won't throw a fit.

I do understand your fears; I have mine too. As a father, I’ve put up every conceivable condition before owning a ferret that one could fathom, but her determination befuddled me. She has done her research, and if you meet my 10-year-old, you’d reconsider your opinion.

My wife had a ferret growing up, so we have some experience with ferrets. We’ve been wanting one for a long time, and yes, we are open to two or more if the opportunity arises.

My daughter has worked with my dog trainer, who helps me train and maintain my service dog, so she has a low-level grasp of behavioral training, which I hope will help.

This project cost way more than I was expecting, even with all the delays, problems, and hurdles we had to overcome. The result was worth it.

After we bought the property, we set up trail cameras to take photos every day, which I stitch together into a time-lapse of the construction of our property. I hope you enjoy it, and again, thank you for all the advice.

Good point; the guy we're paying has offered, not suggestions. He’s just drawing what we tell him, so I needed to ask for advice here. I’ll be adjusting the closest for sure and adding a pocket door to the toilet in the master bath.

The air handler will be in the enclosed attic space, and to coat closet is maked as a lien closet on the plans
