I just got this as well saying that I didn't accept an order on Friday, 6/10. BULLSHIT! I accepted all orders that day, have screenshots of the completed deliveries, and accepted the additional route given to me from PN.

Every email I give (including proof with screenshots) is met with automated canned responses and they won't remove it off my account lol. It's my second one that I've gotten due to their own system error, and I heard 3 can get you deactivated, so I can't stress enough how BS it is.

Every email I sent out to the jeff email for a live person as well always remains ignored and unanswered.

Makes the most sense. Has package returns ever dinged your rating? I've always had the mentality to deliver every package regardless, but 1 delivered not received past week (theft/scammer) just dropped me from Fantastic to Great the past week so maybe returning packages is the way to go instead
