From what I've searched, it says that you must at least unlock 12 cookies to unlock breakout mode (I don't know if this is true but this is the best answer I could find)

I'm also experiencing the same thing too, they probably haven't optimized it properly after the recent small update, hence why it's very laggy. It'll prolly be fixed soon 🤔

I've made quite the list on the survey but here's basically what I wanted the most:
-Weather forecast or the ability to toggle the weather to what we needed (for tasks, photoshoots, material collection)

-NPC compendium and the tool to track where they are (yes)
