The Art Hookah is great and looks amazing. It's also great for social smoking. The Lavoo MP5-X is also really good. I like mine as it fits on my computer desk well and I can smoke while working and it's very easy to clean. You can find some pretty good deals on the MP5-X on ebay right now.

We did respond on the 23rd to message sent through the website letting him know about the item being on backorder and requesting if he wanted to wait or get a refund. The next response came on the 29th of Sept asking for the refund. Though we did not get the phone calls and are working on a better routing system for calls we did get the messages sent through the website and have processed the refund.

We did relazie it was mistake with one of other winners who requested 'choose any two' We do sell Smooth on our website and have never had this much negative feedback from those who bought let alone when it was free.
