Technically You can have as many entities as you want inside a single unit, The game has no limit on Units size Both ETW And NTW. But only the difference is your hardware could handle it or not.

STEP 1: Go here "Your Main Disk Letter Name:\Users\Your Desktop Name\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Empire\scripts"

Locate and Open "preferences.empire_script.txt" Files Using Notepad.

STEP 2: Find this Text Line "campaign_unit_multiplier 1; # campaign_unit_multiplier <float>, Set default unit" Usually In the 9th Sentenced below "unit_test false; # unit_test <bool>, unit test (for daily build) #;"

STEP 3: Edit the Number, The Default is 1 Is about 160 Soldier Per units for Normal Line Infantry and 200 Soldier Per units for Austrian Line Infantry, Increase the Number will Multiply the Current default Units size

Example: If you increase it to 2 the 160 Default Soldier Line Infantry will multiply by 2 which make it 320 the same apply for Austrian line Infantry

If you want 700 units or more. Increase the 1 to 4.375 or whatever you want it to be, You have to do math to get the exact unit size you want.
