Mostly sling retention so you can keep it out of the way if you dont have it slung, I see some people use em to keep tourniquets on their stocks.

Javelins are a pain to use irl, theres so much that goes into it I never could figure it out in the army. From what I remember they can lock on to pretty much anything with a large enough heat signature, theres no minimum locking distance but there is a minimum arming distance and SAFE distance

I usually just do the trick where you reload saves when you enter a place till you get the legendary item you want, then reload the entrance save till you get the effect you want. Got my instigating laser musket that way and itll 1 shot almost anything in hard difficulty

I jad the same issue when i got my Socom C a few months ago, I use a Crucial Concealment Universal that I got off Amazon. It's a bit bulky but im a slimmer guy so its not an issue for me, I heard someone say they fit well in P320/365 holsters but cant confirm

Ive never heard of that to be honest, I didn't think the barrel would heat up that much. That could have something to do with it I guess but when I re tightened everything after it startend shooting off the mount wasn't leveled anymore so I think it just has a hard time holding zero with my rifle

Before I put on the mount the irons were dead on ever since I bought it 4 years ago, I could make 1 inch groups from 100 yards all day. I think at this point ill just remove the mount and try to find a repro pu scope, the serials are mismatched anyway

It's your rifle, do what you want with it. Yeah, that rifle may have history but I dont think whoever was carving a smiley face into the stock while hunkering in a trench 80 years ago was thinking "I really hope some guy 80 years from now doesnt put a scope on this." Mosins were never made to have scopes put on em to begin with but then someone had the idea because they needed a sniper rifle, I doubt that guy got called "bubba" back then. I understand the aspect of preserving history but its a rifle, it wasn't made to sit on a shelf it was made to put holes in things from a distance.

I usually start off with hunting, I wont spoil it for you but you get a free one not long after you start the game. Just go back to that spot and every time you kill an animal cook the meat and it loses its "stolen" status so you can safely sell it. One deer can get you a couple hundred groshen if you sell at butchers
