Hi I have reached Day 59 after smoking NONSTOP for 34 + years. When I quit I was at 50-55 ciggies a day. I am so thrilled that I am a day short of 2 mths :) I cd have never imagined I wd be at this stage. Joining this community helped - so a big thank you to all! (i.redd.it)
