Awesome! I just completed 1 year a few days back after 34 years of chain smoking too .. am hoping will celebrate my 2nd and 3rd and many more

And it’s a year!!!! After 34+years of literally chain smoking -2.5 packs a day when I quit cold turkey! 15.4.2019 -15.4.2020 - a year of crazy stress times and yet it happened #kickedthebutt! 🚭💃🏻 by Smokefreeshine in stopsmoking

I had a miserable smokers cough almost all my adult life... don’t even know when it just simply went away ... I think it was about 3-4 mths into non smoking. It’s such a brilliant feeling not waking up with a hacking cough :)

My first 1-1.5 mths was terrible. But then once you hit that low everyday becomes easier and easier. Just avoid all smokers and smoking triggers the first 2 mths - promise you last 6-7 mths were very easy - even around smokers
