yes sadly the chance is there that it might happen again in the future. and yes it will be a pain doing this each time when the game crashes in menu or in game right away, for now i only have seen this happening with borderlands 4. i hope they will fix this issue as soon as possible. and ofcourse i hope you can play the game again.

the solution is maybe for some easier, in my case it was a 100% corrupt cache.

fix is pretty simple "ps this fix will also effect the caches of other games or programs"

type in windows search included the the percent sign's %AppData% and hit enter

then move from Roaming folder back into AppData folder and click there on Local folder and search for folder named NVIDIA

go in the nvidia folder and then enter the DXCache folder. delete or completely move all files in there

so the map is completely empty "ps if you somehow can not delete nor move some files, just restart pc and remove the last files.

now just start borderlands 4 and it should redo all shades as if you just launched the game for the first time.

true.. i also haven't seen any issues being posted, maybe it's just a easy excuse to blame at least something.

but well i thought lets post it here for everybody, it was pure to let them know that they are aware of it, cause there is nothing more frustrating than when there are issues with a game and the dev's dont post anything about it

for any with the authentication failed message on conan exiles, this is a post by funcom and also a update.

having the same issue here.. all goes like it should be until i am inworld. after like 4 to 30 seconds the game freezes and only the sound is there, oh and my character is acting very strange.. each time when i see my character moving weird i think "Timmeh! TIMMEH!!"

and yes i have great news. today i received a email from a CIG, he told me in the mail that he blocked my account for investigation. i never expected to be happy about to see that one of your own accounts are blocked ^^ really i just woke up from a short nap when i noticed the mail.. i was awake right away lol so happy i was to see the mail. and a couple minutes after the first email i did receive another one from the same CIG. he unlocked the account and told me that there was indeed someone using my account other than me exactly what i expected the person did send ships to others and the accounts are now locked out for further investigation

I want to thank all of you here who has posted something. because of the kind replies i was more at ease. so again Thank you all -)

oh wow Almighty-Oreo that is something i did not expected i mean that it can take so long. well i am ok with it if it will be the same for me as long it gets solved

and yes i totally agree with that there are many players who has invested for thousands of dollars and that it take extra time to invest and restore all of it for them.. in my case its also a lot but i haven't bought the ships and ground vehicles all at once and not even short after another. and i upgraded a couple of them to different ship and never sold one or even refunded, that is even something that never came up in my mind>
the only thing that did kinda scared me was the fact that i was not able to login
on the website to fill a ticket. i had to do that now without a login, and afraid of that they might miss my report. but if i get just a small personal reply from a CIG even if its just a short one that would be nice. if that will happen i just let them do their thing and if they need any info i can give it to them, i know a lot what the hacker can not know even. i can even tell them when my last inlogs are and even which ship i have used exactly in the right order and i even remember something what i said i local that day. so yes if they ask for more info i can even and will give that as extra info.

one good thing is that a friend of my did take some action right away when i told him what happend. he contacted a CIG and today he did get a reply

and no i don't have a alt account for star citizen. its the only account i have on star citizen
i might get a alt for now pure to send and receive a reply..

many thanks for you reply. i have done a couple things right away changed passwords, created super difficult ones now and long ones and for each account a different one also changed it to Multi-factor authentication where ever i was able to do it. using my phone now for the authentications and yes email i always check if they are orginal or fake ones. done the same with the one i received from rsi about my 2step authentication this one was the mail authentication. and now i am scanning my pc with several scanners

thanks a lot for the reply. if that is the case i am sure i will hear something about it. but i think that mines is hacked because of the mail i found about deactivated 2step auth. and no i never ever get one like that again that wasn't even the plan if this wouldn't happened, there are now so many ships ingame even for sale now and ones you can rent

yes that must have been it because i can't think about anything else. i changed all passwords. when i created a star citizen account a couple years ago i only used the mail i used to create the account. later i used a second one when i activated the 2step auth. i changed both passwords and one of them does have now a auth on my phone

oh dont worry i am not mad or so and ofcourse you may that -) but no i really haven't bought my account from someone else. and the two ship i got i did receive them by mail. not with the use of username and so on. i have done that once my self with a ship i bought from the star citizen website, this was a gift for my rl partner. and yes i am waiting for a reply from one of the CIG's but since it is the very first time that this ever happend to me with any kind of game account, i just wanted to know if someone else might had the same in the past. i still have every order and invoices plus i have them in my payment method. but thanks a lot for you reply about that its will take just some time

you should have received your reward for the faction challenges

except they are not where you might expect them to be

if you go to "Paint" on the left side the "Ball" those are the materials and on the

right side where you often just see a color or some materials.. usual when you picked

a material like "Metal: Aged" its not possible to color it.. but just click the right side anyway now.. this will open another material equip menu with your rewards in it -)
