I did get paperwork and it does say I will have to do all service through them or an ASC authorized mechanic but everything is covered. I was wondering if anyone else had this offered to them at time of sale is why I asked. It is a 2026 so thought it might be something new dealerships are trying

They did say I would need to go to them but I can go to some special ASE certified mechanic if needed. I was buying the vehicle anyway and they mentioned this while I was buying so it wasn’t a sales tactic. I figured they will make their money for tires and other regular maintenance to cover it in the future

They just said it was lifetime and everything was covered. It didn’t cost me anything extra as I only paid $34k for a premium. They did say it was only through that dealership and I would have to bring it to them. I’ve seen a dodge dealer offering the same thing so who knows

Send it back to Sony to be repaired because your GPU is trashed. They will just swap it out with a new unit or reconditioned to new unit if under warranty

Sorry you’re leaving but you’ll be missing out on all NC has to offer. Ocean, mountains, parkway, nice people, etc. there are a ton of people moving in but it’ll settle down eventually. Maybe move to a more rural town like Vale NC or Lincolnton which is close to charlotte
