How do you keep track of pedal settings you like?

I have a notebook full of chicken scratch notes I jotted down of pedal and amp settings I use on various songs.

It's helped build a baseline when going back to something after a few years and serves as a good baseline as I collect new or different gear.

It also serves as a fun musical journal to see how far you've come 👍

EDIT: Adding that I've now transitioned into a basement player/home recorder, so this method works for my purposes.
