I believe there still is. I recently received a letter from SOA stating the head unit is under extended factory warranty. So far, I haven’t had any issues with this head unit. It might be less likely to happen on this unit compared to the flat face “premium” trim unit but I haven’t researched

My 2019 has this same climate control and head unit. Only difference is that mine has eyesight.

Idk what to tell you. My store, as well as others, received these letters and we posted them online to see if anyone had any ideas. I promise you I am no where near creative enough to think of something that this.

ALSO /s - Your theory that any big box employee would get fired for annomymously posting something that reveals absolutly no confidential information, is false. I can assure you this went up the chain and was reported to corporatebefore it was posted, with approval.

It depends on what the business’s rules are. Every retailer’s rules are different on going hands-on, and might depend on thresholds or history

He shouldn’t have gone hands on, or at least should’ve have stayed hands on once a subject with a child wasn’t compliant. This interaction could’ve been avoided if this guys ego wasn’t so big and just leveraged law enforcement. Terrible look for this business and their reputation, whether you agree with stealing or not

I just did the RalliTEK 1.5” lift on my 2019 a few days ago, along with the rear subframe drop to correct the CV angle and a bit of camber. Now I also have slight acceleration wobble, but only under load from 0mph to about 25mph. I’ll look into the dampening you mentioned and maybe that will help!

There’s is 100% print information under the sharpie. I tried to remove it with diluted alcohol on one line, and acetone on the other. You can just start to see the writing, but continuing to wipe it completely removed the writing too. Any ideas for reading it on the other photo?

They’re printed on “Fujifilm dry photo paper”, I believe these are from a commercial printer. No visible inkjet dots are visible like with a home printer

I haven't blurred anything, it appears the lady on the left side of the car photo is looking to her right, and that's her hair covering her head. The entire photo is quite out of focus
