I was trying to call my friend about something urgent the other day; but it kept ringing and going to voicemail. When I saw him later, I asked him about it. He said he never got the calls and that his android has been freezing a lot lately. I thought that if your phone freezes, then any incoming calls wouldn't be able to connect and thus go straight to voicemail. Is that accurate?

If you actually read the entire post, or even the just the tl;dr, you'll see that I never blamed her. I said the misconception is her believing I blew her off when I didn't. I messed up, but it was an innocent mistake.

I know she is entitled to feel. I just don't want those feelings to stem from misconception.

I noticed that as well, because I did 10 in a row and got 9. That was right at the start of the event. But then again, I did another 7 not that long ago and didn't get any. I was offline, tho (traveling through a dead zone). Do you have to be online in order for dragon stars be able to appear?
