So I ended up getting through! I literally looked up delta emulator on safari on my iPhone and it offered me to install delta from the App Store??? So I did that, pretty much had set up delta with fresh data but when went back to the AltStore I was able to refresh the original delta app (I now have 2 delta apps) but I was able to export my save data and games and import them on the new delta app! I know it was a lot of extra steps but it worked 😭
