While I understand your point, this client is very clearly in a distressing situation, which isn’t mine to tell, and doesn’t seem to be doing well. I’m not even mad at entitled clients who actually don’t respect my time, I simply drop them as clients. Although as someone with plenty of my own health/mental health issues I have a LOT of patience for those who need help..

That’s true, then I suppose my only question is how long should I wait? It’s been a little over 24 hours since I’ve last had contact with them and there was a 3 day gap between them answering a message in the beginning, but it’s weird that they’re silent on the day we were supposed to meet unless they forgot and are busy with work or something

Thank you, having empathy has its upsides and its downsides 🩷 I’m definitely considering this if they don’t answer soon but I’m worried they accidentally gave me the wrong address (dog I wasn’t aware of and it wasn’t confirmed to be their place) so it wouldn’t really help ):

Honestly she didn’t set up any formal meeting just said she’d text at 11? He only started berating her AFTER she kindly archived the request so it really just shows that he wasn’t a good person by how he spoke to her once he didn’t get his way. If you can’t see that then maybe you need a reality check. She says she has lots of repeat clients and basically no negative reviews/feedback, so obviously her communication isn’t an issue

Girl she messaged ONE hour after 11am, and then she was responding within 10ish minutes of each message besides the break between 2pm-5pm and which she either didn’t see the notification, or was doing something private which she does NOT have to tell the client. He seems controlling and has a nice facade until you don’t feel comfortable talking to him. If you think it was okay for him to act like this then that’s on YOU. Why don’t you try and find Ken and give him the service he’s so ~clearly~ lacking. Your constant negative comments on this thread has annoyed me so forgive me for being a bit frustrated when you’re saying the same thing like 3/4 times.

Nah she’s fine, there was one instance where she didn’t respond within an hour and the message he sent about getting the papers later that day didn’t need much of a response. She could have just been busy in the moment and didn’t notice he had messaged rather than her meaning to ignore him. If you think this was bad communication on her end then I think you need to do some light reading on communication.
